A reminder that Leinster Rugby will be running a Attack & Defence Workshop on Monday September 8th in Enniscorthy RFC.
This workshop covers the strategies and techniques for both attacking and defensive play in rugby. Coaches will learn to develop effective offensive and defensive systems tailored to their team's strengths.
