In a weekend of mixed youth results for youths, the common trait was team work and perseverance.

The U16 girls started the weekend off with a hard fought home win against Kilkennny. The U14 boys travelled to Foulkstown to play Kilkenny. Going in at half tome 22-5, composure and team work in the second half earned them a 29-27 win. The U15 boys were unlucky to be on a losing side to Kilkenny but s a small margin of 5 points. The last team in action over the weekend were the U13 boys. They too were behind against Gorey, but showed incredible grit to put on a comeback but unfortunately couldn't close the gap completely and lost 28-14.
