Following a penalty strewn affair against Tullamore last week our Seniors came away with a 25-25 draw, lifting us off the bottom of the table. Well done to those earning their first caps. Congratulations to the SE Lions in their comprehensive win against Longford, a 10-50 win to kick off the season! In a rescheduled fixture they take on Kilkenny at O'Driscoll Park on Sunday at 12.45. It was great to see the highlights of the U11s trip to Benetton, they even got to share the flight with the Leinster players. A trip they will never forget.

Congratulations to Katie Whelan who got a call up to the Ireland Women's team in Canada for this weekend. Best of luck to Katie, Aoife and all the Ireland women for the test against the USA.
